Rodney King Street Boxing
Something exciting for you! I just came back from a great seminar last November by Rodney King, the creator of Crazy Monkey Defense Program, and one of the leading coach in functional martial arts. Crazy Monkey Defense Program is what we currently use in our gym: Kissaki Defensive Tactics Academy (KDTA).You may read about my experience in the seminar from my blog. It was an awesome seminar, and regardless of your martial arts background, you'll definitely learn something new & interesting from Rodney.
Yesterday Rodney sent an email informing us that he's releasing his Street Boxing DVD series shot in 2001 for free download. This video series is worth US$99.00 and now it's free for our Fight Club Library members to download. This DVD series was shot with Adam and Rory Singer, the MMA fighter. Adam Singer is the trainer of Forrest Griffin, who's the champion of The Ultimate Fighter Season 1.
I've also included plenty of new footages in the library, including animated graphics of how Crazy Monkey Defense are being used in MMA fights.
You may also find new videos showing basic BJJ ground fighting techniques shot in our KDTA gym, perfect complement to your Karate striking skills. Please login to download them.
