I haven't been training since end last year when my beloved wife fell ill and subsequently passed away on Jan 12 this year.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all those who wrote to me with your kind wishes and condolences. May you be blessed with a good and happy life.

I would also like to thank all those who sent me their feedbacks and requests. Due to time and geographical constraints, I'll only handle requests for seminars in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand at the moment. I've revamped the website and are pleased to annouce that the Karate video clips, street fighting clips and kata videos are all back online, except for the old kata videos. I'm still looking for a server to host them.

Meanwhile, I'll add a few more pages to share my experience in mixing Karate training with other martial arts soon.
