The specified course of study is most helpful for the children to act on one another, allows them to answer questions and solving difficult tasks.

Goodman points out the common mistakes to avoid answering frequently asked questions and imparts deep knowledge of martial arts in them. The book is very easy to understand and it illustrates 150 of her own students experience in their own words which proves they are serious martial artists.

Even though the book is written for children it is very helpful to parents who assist their kids at home and to instructors who teach children.
