People generally think that the Japanese Karate is the art which can defend in case of an unexpected attack; the mastery of Karate not only gives safety but is also good for the overall health.

Learning this art is definitely a good hobby and also provides you safety if you are attacked suddenly. The best part of karate involves many movements of the body, which builds the muscle without making you tired as it is not strenuous and you do not feel eve fatigued. Karate conditioning exercises is a vital element is strengthening your body and increasing your stamina.

It is similar to other exercises which circulated the blood which in turn supplies oxygen to all the cells of the body. It is an established fact that exercise is the best tonic for the well-being of a person irrespective of sex and age.

Since exercise improves the immunity of the body and as such the person does not get infected easily. The person has more vigor and enjoys the healthy life and is full of vitality. The aging process gets delayed and the person looks younger as compared to his/her age.

Since the person is healthy and is more acceptable to the opposite sex. When a person is healthy, he/she looks younger and even at the age of 50 years he looks young as if he/she is 30 years young.

The person who leads an active life are healthier as compared to the people who are inactive and have sedentary life, their life expectancy is very less as compared to the people who are active.

Karate in itself is a very good sport and provides full entertainment and happiness. It has to be practiced regularly and religiously. Performing Karate conditioning exercises with friends can be more entertaining, you are admired if you do it correctly and as per the rules.

Women in particular admire a person who is a Karate expert as she believes that the person will defend her always. Your manhood does not require any certification after you have become a Karate expert, being a Karate expert itself is a certificate for your manhood.

Before you become a Karate expert, you have to prepare yourself, reading books cannot provide any solution, it needs practice, and practice makes a man perfect. The art can be learned in few weeks, once you have done it, you are the master and can even teach it to others.

You have to make a difference between an amateur and an expert, Karate is the centuries old art, once you become an expert you can defend yourself and your near ones using this art.

You will have to spend time to learn this ancient art, your mastering Japanese Karate art can benefit you in many ways, you not only will become energetic but can help others to be active and healthy.
